La Sociedad Matemática Mexicana, junto con el futuro Centro de Colaboración “Samuel Gitler,” les presenta el proyecto de la digitalización de las series anteriores del Boletín de la Sociedad Matemática Mexicana. El primer volúmen en ponerse en línea es él del año 1992, dedicado a la memoria de José Adem, ilustre matemático mexicano, fundador del Departamento de Matemáticas del CINVESTAV.

La portada

La segunda serie del Boletín de la Sociedad Matemática Mexicana comenzó la publicación en 1956; sus primeros editores fueron José Adem y Emilio Lluis. Entre sus autores se encontraban, entre otros, Solomon Lefschtz, René Thom, Alfred Tarski y Stephen Smale. Fue reemplazada, en 1995, por la tercera serie.
